a full hysterectomy is not like having your tubes tied, it means you have no female organs, no ovaries, no uterus, no cervix. I other words, you have nothing left with which to have a baby, and the best in the medical field cannot replace those organs. I’m very sorry, but no, you will never have another child.
A hysterectomy is when they remove your internal reproductive organs, including your uterus. So if you had one, you have nowhere to carry the child. If you just had a tubal ligation (getting your "tubes tied") then there is a possibility it is reversible. The only thing I can think of for you is a uterus transplant. And I don’t know if that exists.
No you had a hysterectomy, which means you don’t have a uterus, cervix, or ovaries. I assume you don’t have a menstrual cycle anymore either. Which should tell you right off the bat that your not producing any eggs. You cannot have anymore children.. sorry.
A hysterectomy means they took out your uterus and ovaries. They can’t put it back in so there is no way for you to have any other children unless you adopt.
You obviously don’t understand what a hysterectomy is. You have no female reproductive organs, so there is no way to reverse it. It is nothing like having your tubes tied.

If your uterus and ovaries are gone, you can’t have another child. Not naturally, not unnaturally. You have no eggs to fertilize, and no womb in which to carry a baby. And there is no such thing as a uterus transplant. What’s gone is gone for good. You have to accept it and adjust your desires accordingly.
