Part of the confusion here is that when people say "hysterectomy", some mean just removal of uterus, while others mean removal of uterus and ovaries. They’re completely different surgeries and the effects are completely different. Most women without ovaries lose the ability to orgasm and to feel the desire for sex. Or they mostly but not completely lose it. In contrast, women who just have their uterus removed might have better sex (because pain is gone), or it might be the same, or it might be not as good (because some women have uterus involvement in orgasm and without that orgasm is not as intense).

I assure you that women CAN climax post-hysterectomy. In fact, they sometimes have deeper and more intense orgasms, as whatever sexual or hormonal issues that may have been caused by their uterus is now not an issue.

Speaking from experience, you can experience orgasms after a hysterectomy. You won’t have the uterine contractions because (obviously) you no longer have a uterus. But , YES! YES! YES!, you are still able to have orgasms.

In fact it gets better because you don’t worry
about pregnancy and totally enjoy yourself.!!
